PAYMENT OF DUES/FEE STRUCTURE

College fees are payable in three installments, at the time of admission, 2nd installment in October and third installment in January.
Fees once deposited shall not be returned

CHANGE OF SUBJECT OR FACULTY
|
A student way change her Subject or faculty within one month of the date of commencement of the session or one month from the date of joining , with the permission of the principal . Duly filled inform along with the prescribed fee of Rs.50/ be submitted in the office. A student will not the entitled to the lectures attended in previous subject for the compensation in lecture shortage . The student will be responsible for lecture shortage .

RULES FOR LEARNING THE COLLEGE

In case a student wishes to leave the college she should submit an application duly signed by the parent /guardian to the principal . She is liable to pay the college fees etc. as long as her name is not struck off. College leaving certificate will he given only after all dues are paid by the student . In case a student remains absent for seven days her name will be struck off. She will have to seek re-admission and pay the fees (admission/hostel) again with the permission of the principal.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR IN THE EXAMINATION/HOUSE TEST/INTERNAL ASSESSMENT

It is compulsory for the students to appear in the September and December house examination. Assessment is based on these examinations. Presenting Medical certificate will not help in obtaining of Shortage of lectures or giving Internal Assessment. Parents are required to attend Parent Teacher meeting and obtain their wards results from the Registrar (Exam) and teachers. They should be in touch with the college office during the months of Feb and March to Know about their wards attendance and performance in Exams. Students not appearing in class tests will be severely dealt with.
