On 22 March 2024 under the able guidance of the college Principal, Dr. Amandeep Kaur, Social Science Department organised ‘World Water Day.’ The theme for the year was ‘Water for Prosperity and Peace.’ An awareness rally on water conservation was organised. The students prepared posters on various themes like water, saving measures, water availability, water equity etc. A ppt on water conservation and saving measures was given by Dr Jasdeep Kaur. Dr Navdip Kaur shared her views on the current scenario of water availability and Bangalore water crisis. Mrs Karamdeep Kaur expressed her views on the topic ‘Water Justice’ and encouraged the students and faculty to save water and said that saving water is our fundamental duty. Mrs Hardeep Kaur thanked the faculty and students for sparing their valuable time.
