On 25 November 2023 under the able guidance of the College Principal Dr Amandeep Kaur (Add. Charge) and NSS department of hon’ble Government of Punjab, Indian Constitution Day was celebrated by NSS units in association with Social Sciences Department subjected to which following activities were conducted in the institution. Students participated in the quiz organised by Punjab Government at mygov.in site and got E-Certificates. A documentary on Indian Constitution was shown to the students for their acquaintance with its history and importance. Navjot Kaur of B.A-III presented a speech before fellow-students on the theme ‘Interesting facts of constitution of India’. Prof. Karamdeep Kaur read out the Preamable of Indian Constitution and took oath with students and staff to keep firm adherence to the constitution. Dr Jasdeep Kaur shared views on NITI Aayog with the students. Dr. Navdip Kaur in her address told the students about fundamental rights and duties, directive principles and preamble of the constitution. She also sensitised the students to be responsible citizens of the country. 52 students participated in the function.
