On dated 01 October 2024, career counselling and guidance cell of Khalsa College for women, Sidhwan Khurd organized an enlightening extension lecture on "Diverse Career Opportunities" for its students. The expert speakers Mr. Jatinder Bajwa (Senior counsellor and Manager) and Mr. Amber Dawar(Manager) from WYZ Guide, Chandigarh & Gurugram shared valuable insights and guided the students towards exploring various career paths. The experts discussed emerging trends, industry requirements, and skill sets necessary for success in diverse fields. The college Principal Dr. Amandeep Kaur expressed gratitude to WYZ Guide experts and said that providing holistic education to our students is institution's prime objective and the lecture has opened new avenues for our students. With participation of total 304 students, the event was a great success.
