Under the able guidance of the College Principal, Dr Satinder Kaur, Department of Economics, Khalsa College for Women, Sidhwan Khurd, conducted talk session on ‘Budget Highlights-2025-26’ on 19 February 2025. Dr Jasdeep Kaur, HoD Economics greeted the students and gave them a small insight on the budget. She shared that Budget 2025-26 lays a solid foundation for Viksit Bharat. Ms Anshdeep Kaur student of BA 1 shared key points of the budget. The activity encouraged students to engage in critical thinking and analysis of budgetary provisions. The discussion allowed the students to delve deeper into the details of the budget and they gained a comprehensive understanding of the Indian Economy and various fiscal policies proposed in the budget. 33 students participated in the session
