NCC Cadets Bring Laurels to Khalsa College for Women, Sidhwan Khurd
Under the patronage of Shri Guru Hargobind Ujagar Hari Trust and the able guidance of Principal Dr. Satinder Kaur, the NCC Unit of Khalsa College for Women, Sidhwan Khurd continues to excel and bring laurels to the institution. The unit is working with full dedication under the supervision of Colonel Sunil Kumar, Commanding Officer of 5 PB Girls BN NCC, Moga. It is a matter of immense pride that two cadets of the college from the Batch 202425 have successfully cleared the C Certificate Examination. They have been honored with appointments as Girls Cadet Instructors (GCI) under Government of India rules. Senior Under Officer (SUO) Gurpreet Kaur has been appointed at 5 PB Girls BN NCC, Moga while Sergeant Manveer Kaur has been appointed at IPB R & V SQN, Ludhiana. Principal Dr. Satinder Kaur extended warm congratulations to the cadets, their parents and the NCC Unit highlighting that their selection for government appointments is a significant achievement for the institution. She further remarked that the hard work and dedication of such students not only bring honor to themselves but also add glory to the institution. The Principal also extended heartfelt appreciation to NCC Caretaker Dr. Balwinder Kaur for her able guidance and motivation to the cadets. She expressed hope that with continued enthusiasm and dedication, the NCC Unit of the college will achieve even greater success, inspiring more students to secure high grades in the C Certificate Examination and bring laurels to the college.
