Under the able guidance of the College Principal Dr. Satinder Kaur, Khalsa College for Women, Sidhwan Khurd, observed International Human Rights Day on December 10, 2025 with great fervour, organising a powerful awareness and advocacy program aimed at sensitising students and faculty to the fundamental rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) by UN. The event, conceptualised by the Human Rights Club, NSS Unit, Red Ribbon Club and PG Department of Political Science sought to move beyond mere celebration and instill a deep sense of civic responsibility regarding human rights issues. 40 students participated in the awareness rally.
